Throwback - How to build resilience during the Lockdown level 4

Another lockdown.

It's hard to know how best to prepare yourself and your family for these kinds of situations. But it's important to remember that no matter what happens in life, you have the power within you to build resilience. Sometimes we need help from others too - like when they come along with us on this journey of building resilience or when they show up with tools and techniques for self-care.

In this workshop, Melisa Cohen covered some simple steps you can take today in order to build resilience - both inside yourself and around you!
