At the occasion of the World Environment Day, the FNZCCI organised an after work business event with Nespresso, Air Liquide, Veolia and Watercare to share their sustainability strategy initiatives in New Zealand and their best practices.

Big “Merci” to our 5 goldens appreciated speakers for sharing with us their solutions for the climate change issues.

Who was the speakers at the sustainability forum 2019, June 4 :

Roseline Klein, Head of Water Value (Operations) at Watercare  

Roseline leads the water value discussion, infrastructure - environment - community nexus. Her team has the exciting mandate to enhance operational environmental performance, build environmental science capability and engage with our communities.

Son Nguyen, General Manager of Air Liquide New Zealand

Son is General Manager of Air Liquide New Zealand and will share with us how Air Liquide contributes to reduce CO2 emissions. He will also explain how Air Liquide brings energy efficiency solutions through the optimisation of production and transport and develop hydrogen energy development initiatives. 

Louise Nash, CEO and Founder of Circularity

With 20+ years’ experience in global strategic brand development, design thinking and emerging disruptive technology, Louise Nash has founded Circularity with the purpose of empowering problem solving for a radically changing world. Following a career as a Chief Strategy Officer, in 2017 she undertook a Master of Technological Futures at The Tech Futures Lab with a focus on developing a methodology to unlock the circular economy advantage.

Marc Dehe, Commercial manager Nespresso Professional

Marc has 15 years of experience in FMCG and 10 years in Paris mainly working for Nestle Nespresso. He moved to NZ 3 years ago and he is now taking care of national business development for Nespresso Professional.

Alexandre Lagny, Country Director of Veolia New Zealand

Alex Lagny is currently Veolia Country Director for New Zealand, after a 25 years career across the waste, water and energy sectors, in countries as diverse as Mexico, Argentina, Hungary, Australia and New Zealand. Veolia currently provides environmental services in NZ to over one million people, with over 300 employees across the country.
