Kate Drews brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the property, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Her impressive career includes senior executive roles in global consulting organisations.
Throughout her career, Ms Drews has been instrumental in driving large-scale projects, fostering business growth, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Central to Ms Drews’ vision is her passion for sustainability and the energy transition, as evidenced by her position on a number of industry boards and committees. Ms Drews is a respected voice in the industry, known for her leadership insights, strategic and commercial acumen, and technical expertise, making her a strong champion for the Egis brand in APAC.
In addition, Kate also served as one of the non-executive board members of Powerlink which owns and operates the high voltage network transporting electricity generated at power stations to the homes of Queenslanders. Non-executive director and member of the People, Safety and Environment Committee, Mega Projects Committee and former member of the CopperString2032 Committee.
Kate was also the Director of Urban & Energy in SMEC prior to being CEO APAC and Executive Board of Director.
