Women & Leadership committee event: Leading through difficult times and building resilience

The Women & Leadership Committee is back!

During the event, our two guest speakers, Agnes Baekelandt & Carin Hercock, gave their advice about how to respond effectively to protect employees and manage business continuity while planning for the future as well as talking about the impact of COVID-19 on the behaviour, attitudes and mental health of New Zealanders and the financial impact on business.

This was also a good opportunity for the committee to present their roadmap.

This event was organised in partnership with Spaces K-road.
