Welcome to our new member: Quadrant Rail Consulting (QRC)

We are thrilled to welcome Quadrant Rail Consulting (QRC) as our newest member of the FNZCCI.

Quadrant Rail Consulting (QRC), founded in Queensland, Australia by French Australian Jonathan Delannoy, is a dynamic consultancy specialising in rail operations and environmental services. Established in 2021, QRC supports private and public sectors in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond with innovative solutions in the planning, delivery, and management of public transportation projects. Recognising the importance of sustainable infrastructure, QRC expanded in 2024 to establish QRC Environment, a dedicated division for environmental and sustainability consulting. QRC Environment adds value to rail and numerous other sectors, underscoring our commitment to sustainable development and ecological responsibility.

In early 2024, QRC expanded into New Zealand. Led by Vincent Selosse, a French national who relocated for this role, QRC is playing a crucial role in the operational readiness of Auckland’s City Rail Link, the country’s largest infrastructure project. Our work involves collaborating with Auckland Transport and numerous stakeholders to ensure the network is primed for seamless operations from Day 1, covering programme management, timetable development, stakeholder coordination, system integration, and governance improvements. Vincent is also developing QRC’s capability in assets and maintenance, bringing his strong skills from various roles in this space.

QRC has been involved in major projects across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally, including the Sydney Light Rail, Cross River Rail, Yarra Trams, and Tel Aviv’s Green and Purple Lines. As a new member of the French New Zealand Chamber of Commerce, we are excited to network with like-minded organisations, further develop our business in New Zealand, and explore future opportunities in France, contributing to sustainable growth in both regions.
