An insightful committee breakfast hosted by GHD with NZ Project, Downer and Soletanche Bachy.
1 year after the start of the 1st lockdown in New Zealand, it was interesting to reflect and see what happened in the last year and what may happen in the coming 12 months regarding immigration matters in the Building and Infrastructure Industry.
Sébastien Pham (NZ Project Immigration Services) summarized in a very clear manner this complex topic. Amazing to see notably that the arrivals in New Zealand in the last 12 month (excluding NZ residents) was only 1% (47,000 arrivals) compared to the previous year (4,1 Million arrivals).
Our three panelists discussion looked at how they’ve dealt with the changing elements in the last year in the building and infrastructure industries.
