As a "one-woman-band" Tara established Need Recruitment in May 1999.  After 17 years in the recruitment industry and 3.5 years establishing herself under her own brand, she calls all the shots, pivots where she needs to, chooses her own hours and focuses on her area of passion - helping those in need when it comes to people and recruitment clients and candidates alike (all whilst juggling 3 children).

Tara is a generalist recruiter supporting the permanent and temporary market within the commercial sector covering sales and marketing, finance, HR and administration from entry level to middle management.  She takes a consulting approach to her day to day role with time is invested before any role goes to market, throughout the process itself and after placement to be sure all parties are settling in as they should.

Working with several business introducers and clients, some with relationships spanning her entire recruitment career, Tara takes pride in what she has achieved and is happy to share her journey.  Some helpful takeaways will be shared around the employer brand and the imperative need to "attract, recruit and retain."
