The FNZCCI was delighted to organise an informative and interactive webinar dedicated to the V.I.E. (Volontariat International en Entreprise) programme - a unique, government-backed initiative enabling companies to host talented young professionals abroad.
Designed for EFEs (Entreprises Françaises de l'Étranger) / French companies abroad, the session explored how the V.I.E. programme can be a game-changer for international growth - from attracting highly qualified candidates to strengthening a company’s global footprint, all through a cost-effective and flexible HR solution.
Our expert panel featured representatives from the FNZCCI, Business France Australia, current and former V.I.E.s, and SIFA Australia & New Zealand - a company with first-hand experience employing V.I.E.s. Together, they shared practical insights, success stories, and tips for making the most of the programme.
