Meet the Board - Aymeric Levasseur

Meet Aymeric Levasseur, FNZCCI Board Member, bringing Pacific expertise, advisory experience and a passion for connection.
The FNZCCI is pleased to welcome Aymeric Levasseur, one of our newest Board Members in 2026.
Aymeric has lived in Auckland for the past five years and works within Beca’s Advisory team. With strong roots in New Caledonia, and professional experience across Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, he brings an international outlook and a deep connection to the Pacific region.
Through his work, Aymeric supports major projects across New Zealand, the Pacific and the wider APAC region, helping organisations navigate complex environments, make informed decisions and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Aymeric joined the FNZCCI Board with a desire to strengthen bilateral relationships and create value across the French, New Zealand and French Pacific business communities. He is particularly interested in the Chamber’s work around the Pacific delegation, sustainability, technology and business development but, above all, he sees every opportunity to connect people and organisations as valuable.
For Aymeric, one of the key challenges for French businesses operating in New Zealand (or Kiwi businesses looking toward France and the French Pacific) is understanding the local landscape. Cultural differences, market dynamics and the pace of doing business can all influence success. This is where he sees the Chamber playing an important role: helping businesses, investors, members, SMEs, job seekers and institutions connect more effectively.
When asked what aspect of Kiwi business culture he appreciates, Aymeric highlights New Zealand’s straightforward and lean approach to business and team management - an approach that supports clarity, agility and collaboration.
And when it comes to French food in New Zealand, Aymeric recommends Vaniyé Patisserie, praising both the quality of its creations and its very friendly owners (and fellow FNZCCI members!).
We are delighted to have Aymeric on the FNZCCI Board and look forward to the Pacific insight, business experience and collaborative energy he brings to the Chamber.
